PLC AUTOMATION

SAFETY CRITICAL SOFTWARE

Mobile machinery automation is our specialty. 


We develop with ifm effector GmbH (CoDeSys) and Pempek Systems Australia (Embedded C) PLC platforms for mining, tunnelling and road construction machinery.

COMMON MACHINERY PLATFORMS

We offer hybrid solutions for most underground continuous miners and shuttle cars using field proven hardware. We distribute and integrate Pempek Systems radio remote controls, drives and electronic hydraulic valve banks in conjunction with other industrially rated modules. 


With 30+ years sector experience and hundreds of underground mining projects behind us, we'll take your project from concept through commissioning and into support.

We offer complete radio control and/or cab control solutions for Roadheaders - Mitsui, Sanvik, Sany etc. When your legacy system is costing you more in downtime or simply doesn't meet current safety standards, we offer solutions using modern field proven ifm effector PLC platforms.

COLLISION AVOIDANCE

Safety First

We offer a combination of field proven 'bolt-on' 3D near infrared and radar options to provide collision warning and/or collision avoidance solutions for industrial machinery in hazardous working areas.

ELECTRICAL SCHEMATIC DESIGN

CAD Based Electrical Schematics

We design and draft electrical schematics to Australian standards and hyperlink wire referencing for 'faster' navigation of large sheet set designs.

HMI DESIGN

Graphical User Interfaces

HMI design, particularly for mining applications, seems forever stuck in the 'last decade'. We design UX solutions that are more intuitive for real operators and technicians.

TELEMETRY

Realtime Data and Supervisory Control

We offer advanced a range of telemetry options and commonly build custom solutions to interpose 'legacy systems' with modern SCADA via Ethernet/IP or OPC.
